After netting his 12th goal of the season against Chelsea last weekend, Osaze Peter Odemwingie disclosed that he was eagerly expecting to meet his 15 goal target.

Osaze
Osaze opened scoring in Brom’s 3-1 loss to Chelsea. It was his 12th goal of the season and it made him Albion’s most prolific scorer in a single Premier League campaign.
“I am very happy about the record. I was delighted to get No. 12. My personal target was 15 so there are three to go.”
The Eagles striker revealed that it was hurting losing the game to Chelsea. He admitted that self doubt amongst the Brom players contributed to their loss. He said that manager Roy Hodgson talk them into holding their grounds in the second half of the game.
“He was really annoyed but then he said he wanted to be realistic and the best thing would be not to concede any more goals because at the end of the season 10th, 11th or 12th position might be decided on goal difference,” said Osaze.
Meanwhile Osaze expressed support for under fire striker Fernando Torres who has not been able to score since moving to Chelsea in January.
“I am watching how Torres is dealing with this pressure. It will be the first time he has ever had this I understand what he is feeling.
“Rooney had it too. He came out of it. Torres will be back, but for now you think everything is against you. “When it happened to me I started thinking, ‘what could be the thing?’
“There might be something outside of football that is causing this, but Torres is the only one that knows.
“Torres is a world champion, he has played at big clubs, he is one of the best in the world. He should just keep that in mind.
“I hope Torres doesn’t go to his holidays like this, I hope he gets some goals so that he won’t do next pre_season with his head down.
