The Re-run election for the governorship seat in Delta State is on. Accreditation of voters has started and voting on-going in some areas.  Reports reaching Vanguard shows that some motorists are disregarding the order on restriction of vehicular movements within and outside the state.

Security agents, especially the police are having difficult times maintaining the order while some residents are adamant. The claim is that they have their voters cards and needed their cars to get to the polling booths. Further reports on the Delta re-run later…
