Cobranet opens new service centre, assures quality service

In its quest to bring quality services closer to the people, Cobranet Limited, one of the internet service providers in the country recently, opened a new customer service centre at Apapa area of Lagos State to give technical assistance to their numerous customers living in that axis.

According to Rabih Bourjeily, the Technical Support Manager of the company, Cobranet is determined to satisfy their customers by giving them quality services.

He said the same quality service given at head office from qualified and trained personnel is what the people will receive at the Apapa office.

Mr Bourjeily, who said the Apapa centre is one of the centers to be opened across the country disclosed that his organisation has mobile technical support crew to give 24 hour assistance to their customers.
