A presidential aspirant of All Proressives Congress, APC, Chief Charles Udeogaranya yesterday commended the Appeal Court ruling upholding the National Assembly’s power to reorder elections.

According to Udeogaranya in a statement, “Our judiciary  has once again shown the light and now Nigerians will find the way. My gratitude goes to the five-man  panel of the Court of Appeal, led by the court’s President, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa,  who without doubt expressed an uncommon prudence in the administration of justice, regardless of personalities  and positions involved in the case.

“With this verdict coming at a time like this, it is a clear indication that men and women of a high ethical standard are in abundance  in Nigeria and it gives hope for a better Nigeria.”
