Real estate firm, VisionEdge unveils new Ogun project

VisionEdge Realty & Media Limited says it will expand its real estate footprint with the launch of Jasper Estate Phase 2 in Ogun State on September 20, 2026, following the rollout of its Jasper Estate project in Malkoh, Yola, Adamawa State.

The company said the Ogun development forms part of its strategy to increase its presence in emerging property markets while targeting growing demand for residential real estate in developing communities.

Its first project in Adamawa is located in Malkoh, Yola, a few minutes from the Fintiri 1000 Housing Estate.

Speaking on the expansion, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Taiwo Amure, said VisionEdge’s entry into Adamawa and Ogun States was informed by what it sees as increasing demand for accessible and strategically located property.

“We are not simply selling land; we are creating opportunities for people to own assets in locations with the potential to become important residential and economic centres in the future,” Amure said.

According to the company, the Ogun project is intended to serve prospective homeowners and property investors seeking opportunities in areas experiencing population growth, infrastructure development and rising housing demand.

VisionEdge said the launch of Jasper Estate Phase 2 builds on its broader plan to develop residential projects in locations it considers to have long-term growth potential.

The company also said it aims to position itself as a growing player in Nigeria’s real estate sector through projects designed to support property ownership and community development.

The official unveiling of Jasper Estate Phase 2 is scheduled for September 20 in Ogun State.
