SATH Cloud, a cloud and digital infrastructure company, has been named Associate Sponsor of the sixth edition of the Nigeria Oil & Gas Outlook (NOGO), where it is expected to highlight the role of cloud technology and artificial intelligence in the next phase of growth in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.

The event, organised by Eventhive, will take place on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, under the theme, “Promise to Performance: Nigeria’s Oil & Gas Inflection Point.”

The conference is expected to bring together policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, financiers, indigenous operators, international energy companies and technology providers to examine the transformation of Nigeria’s petroleum sector and the challenges confronting its growth.

According to the organisers, NOGO 2026 will focus on whether reforms in the oil and gas sector are translating into increased production, investment and broader economic benefits.

The conference will examine five key areas, including the capacity of indigenous operators to increase production, governance and infrastructure gaps affecting output, implementation of the $60 billion Gas Master Plan, the development of Nigeria’s domestic refining industry and the potential of offshore exploration as a new growth frontier.

Speaking on the conference, Eventhive Chief Executive Officer, Jamiu Ijaodola, said the event was designed to shift discussions from the reforms that had taken place in the sector to the results those reforms should deliver.

“NOGO 2026 is designed to move the conversation from what has changed to what those changes must now produce.

“We are bringing together the operators, financiers, policymakers, and service providers who will determine whether this moment becomes a turning point,” Ijaodola said.

Also speaking on SATH Cloud’s participation, its Head of Marketing and Digital Sales, Oluwatoyin Damilola Obasoro, said emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing were creating new opportunities for the oil and gas industry.

“Nigeria’s oil and gas industry has long set the pace on adopting new technology, and AI is now opening up what’s possible in ways that go even further,” Obasoro said.
