Nigerian Afrobeats and dancehall artiste, BLS_BROKELESS, has released a new single titled Rice and Beans, drawing attention for its message-driven sound and growing popularity.

The Delta State-born singer, whose real name is Obus Okukubor, hails from Sapele and was raised in Lagos. He is known for creating music that emphasizes positive themes and relatable life experiences.

His expanding catalogue includes tracks such as We No Dey Sleep, alongside other releases currently available on major streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.

Speaking on the new release, BLS_BROKELESS expressed appreciation for the reception the song has received so far, describing it as both impactful and meaningful. He noted that the project reflects his desire to create music that resonates with listeners while promoting positive values.

On his musical influences, the artiste said his inspiration is largely drawn from his environment and everyday experiences.

“Everything and everyone around me can influence my music,” he said.
