New thought leadership platform, By Audacious, focused on systems-led growth for tech-enabled businesses, has been launched by growth strategist, Oluchukwu Chiadika, amid rising concerns that while user acquisition has become easier, sustaining engagement and reducing churn remain major challenges within the tech ecosystem.

The platform is designed to help digital and technology-driven companies move beyond short-term marketing campaigns and embrace scalable growth systems centred on user retention, community building and AI-assisted workflows.

Announcing the launch, Chiadika said modern growth strategies must go beyond visibility and impressions.

She said: “Growth today is not about chasing visibility. It is about designing systems that retain attention, strengthen networks and deliver measurable outcomes over time. By Audacious exists to help tech-enabled businesses understand and implement these systems in a practical way.”

She explained that the platform would publish original frameworks, insights and analyses on growth, retention and user engagement, alongside case studies from both local and global tech-enabled companies. It will also explore the application of artificial intelligence in improving efficiency across content creation, community management and retention processes.

Industry observers note that many technology-driven businesses struggle not because of a lack of users, but due to high churn rates and weak engagement. By Audacious, they say, positions community building not as a marketing add-on, but as a core growth infrastructure capable of compounding trust, feedback and network effects over time.

Speaking on the long-term vision of the initiative, Chiadika stressed that By Audacious is not intended to function as a consultancy or short-term intervention.

“This is a long-term contribution to how tech-enabled businesses think about growth. Our focus is on sustainable systems — how retention, community, content and AI can work together to produce lasting impact.”
