Former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN Dr. Tunde Lemo; first Nigerian Olympic Gold Medalist, Mrs. Chioma Ajunwa, among others would grace TOUCH 2025 to inspire, mentor, and empower young professionals in fostering meaningful connections that help bridge generational gaps and strengthen the nation’s professional landscape.
Organised by the Foursquare Church Without Bounds, TOUCH 2025 is an annual career, entrepreneurship, and nation-building outreach designed to equip young professionals, entrepreneurs, and aspiring leaders in Lagos and beyond.
The event is scheduled to hold on December 6, 2025 at Ogba from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
Speaking at a media briefing in Lagos, the Convener, Faith Oluwagbesan, said that the goal of the outreach is to empower at least 500 young professionals and entrepreneurs, both within and beyond the Foursquare Gospel Church community for excellence with a view to having a sense of national responsibility.
He described the event as a social impact programme aimed at bridging generational and professional gaps.
Oluwagbesan said that the programme is designed to steer the next generation of career and business leaders who will also contribute to nation-building and the development of the nation; and convene hundreds of young professionals and entrepreneurs.
He said the event would feature a plenary session, keynote address, and a speed mentoring panel session.
He said: “And we are hoping and planning to host leading voices across business, career development, governance, and faith in the nation. Our target audience is young professionals, entrepreneurs, final year students, early or career starters, and first-wave youth members across Nigeria. The programme cuts across religious barriers, cuts across cultural and social barriers, and we expect it to be a breeding ground, an inspiration ground for new career leaders, new business leaders, and change agents in Nigeria.
This is the fourth edition of the programme, we are trying to contribute our own little way toward the development of our nation, and we believe that Nigeria has a better future. We believe that Nigeria is gifted with resources of young men and women, brilliant young men and women, talented young men and women, who are already doing well in business, who are emerging in business and career, and that together, as young people, we can contribute, instead of being pessimistic about the nation, instead of thinking of alternative places to go, we want to contribute to the development of our nation, he said.
Also, Resident Pastor of the church, Tobi Bamgboye, added “I would say that one of the goals of the event is also to give participants a sense of national responsibility so that they can connect what they are doing”, he said.
