Mike Sancho is the CEO of Wealth Accelerators and a successful serial entrepreneur who has worked as a professional network marketer and, before that, as a restaurant worker. According to Sancho, entrepreneurship has been his passion for as long as he can remember. Even after taking detours in his career, he is pleased to have found his way back to entrepreneurship.

“Loving what you do keeps you motivated to complete your tasks,” says Mike Sancho. He adds that he spends a lot of time working because he is working on his passions. However, you also need to take action, especially in the face of fear. Everyone experiences lows in their journey. To keep moving forward, Mike Sancho recommends finding your true passion because it keeps you grounded.

Success to Sancho means creating an impact in the world by doing what you love. “When you are in love with your profession, you put all your energies and brainpower into doing it well. This also gives you the freedom to be creative, explorative, and innovative in your approach,” he says.

However, Mike Sancho also cautions people against expecting that your journey will be smooth just because you are pursuing your passions. Sancho’s own path has been marred with failures, but his passion and dedication have seen him hold strong. “No job comes without grunt work,” says Sancho. “Yet, when you enjoy what you do, something will always push you to see it through.”

Motivation is crucial to getting anything done. “Even when your motivation supplies are running low, they never run dry as long as you’re doing what you love,” concludes Mike Sancho.
