Political heavyweights were dismantled and the greatest beneficiary of this political earthquake shall be no other than the state governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa. Even in Delta Central senatorial district, the stronghold of the opposition party, some House of Representatives got into the green chamber of the National Assembly using the platform of the PDP.
