Ahead of the 2019 general election, a coalition of political parties in Bauchi State has vowed to incorporate women and youths in the democratic process to ensure adequate representation of all relevant segments of the society.

The coalition, which comprise Peoples Democratic Party, PDP; All Progressive Congress, APC, and the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, made the submission at a three-day workshop on citizens engagement and communication development, organised by the International Republic Institute, IRI, in conjunction with the United States Agency, in Bauchi.

Speaking, the IRI Senior Programme Officer, Mr. Sunday Also, said the organisation was going to train 60 youths.
