BON Awards 2017: A night of rising stars
After it won Best Feature Film, at this year's Zuma International Film Festival held early this month, in Abuja, Nollywood romantic thriller, 'What Lies Within', produced by the trio of Paul Utomi, Tope Tedela and Vanessa Nzediegwu, recorded another great outing last Saturday as it carted away four awards at the just concluded Best of Nollywood Awards,BON. The awards ceremony was held last Saturday night at the Cultural Centre, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Ondo monarch sentenced to 2 years in jail
A traditional ruler in Ondo State, Oba Pius Akinfesola Adewola, would spend this yuletide period in prison as a Chief Magistrate Court in the state sentenced him to two years imprisonment over allegation of fraudulent conversion, and obtaining money under false pretense.

Why your governor is in a panic?

No crisis in Rivers’ APC but multiplicity of interests —Sen. Uchendu
Chief Andrew Uchendu is the senator representing Rivers East Senatorial District in the National Assembly.
