…Irate mob lynch two suspected ritualists , injure two policemen

There was commotion today at Ojokoro , along  Lagos /Abeokuta expressway, after an underground ritualists den was uncovered.

Consequently, two suspected ritualists were set ablaze by an angry mob while two policemen who attempted to prevent one o f the suspects from the mob action were over powered and inflicted with severe injuries.

The ritualists den popularly known as ‘ Ajele ‘ is an underground man hole which stretched   from one end of the road at Obadeyi bus-stop to an adjourning street where unsuspecting victims are reportedly kidnapped unnoticed and taken inside the manhole.

Inside the man hole, is a dark tunnel with lots of banana trees and mud.

Vanguard gathered that the bubble burst yesterday morning after the cry for help from a woman was heard by a member of staff of the Lagos State Waste Management Authority , LAWMA who was sweeping.
