Bauchi—Governor Mohammed Abubakar of Bauchi State has approved the appointment and posting of Acting Heads of Administration for the 20 Local Government areas of the state.

The appointment comes, pending the conclusion of formalities for the subsequent appointment of substantive heads of administration in the areas.

Those appointed are Mako Isa Kundak, Zaki Local Government Area; Abubakar Muhammad, Katagum; Gizo Nakwada, Misau; Ibrahim Muhammad, Giade; and Kabiru Marafa, Shira.

Also in the list are Abdu Gijiga, Ganjuwa; Buba Dada, Alkaleri; Abdulkadir Aliyu, Warji; Shu’aibu Jugudu, Kirfi; Abdullahi Yunusa, Dass; and Nasiru Usman, Bauchi.

Others are Yakubu Dansidi, Toro; Sule Bara, Jama’are; Ladan Yerima, Ningi; Garba Yahaya, Darazo; Babayo Dango, Tafawa Balewa, and Musa Modibbo, Itas Gadau.

Also appointed are Muhammad Magama, Dambam; Sabo Abdullahi, Gamawa and Dauda Adamu Mainako, Bogoro Local Government Area.

A statement by the state’s Chairman of Local Government Service Commission, signed by the Acting Director of Appoint-ment, Promotion and Discipline, Ahmed Ahmed, directed the officers to report to their duty post on or before Monday July 31.
