Alexis Sanchez is the only player still playing for Arsene Wenger, insists Alan Shearer who has lambasted the rest of the Arsenal players for the defeat by West Brom.

‘There’s been a lot of chat from the media, from the pundits about Arsene Wenger’s future,’ Shearer said on Match of the Day.

‘There hasn’t been a lot spoken from his players but his players spoke today in that game. And judging by that performance and recent performances they don’t want him in that job.

‘Arsene Wenger would have looked at his players today and asked for a reaction. “Come on guys, I’ve been criticised, I’ve been hurt from pillar to post. Give me something.”
