Members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Sapele Correspondence Chapel, Delta State, have paid   a familiarization visit to the Commanding Officer of the 19 Battalion, Operation Delta Safe Tactical Head Quarters of the Nigerian Army, Koko, in Warri North Local Government Area of the state, Lt. Col. MA Ma’ Aji.

The visit, according to the Sapele   NUJ Chairman, Mr Andrew Aseroma Ohwobetehe, was built on the cordial relationship between the NUJ and the 19 Battalion.

Ohwobetehe, while congratulating Lt. Col. MA Ma’Aji on his new command, assured the CO of the union’s unalloyed support and commitment during his tenure in Koko. He added that no institution can do without the media, hence, the courtesy call becomes a prerequisite for maintaining cordial military and media relationship.
