THE former governor of Cross River state, Mr Donald Duke has offered the best graduating student of Godfrey Okoye University a prize money of $10, 000 for her sterling academic achievement.
Mr Duke made the donation while delivering the 4th convocation lecture of the University in Enugu.

He said the fruit of hardwork and academic excellence is enormous and urged the students to utilize their opportunities.
“This is your time, seize the opportunity and make your life better. You might not get it again. There is great prize in hardwork”, he said.
The best graduating student whose identity was not disclosed, would be formerly handed over the prize money during the convocation and conferment of degrees to the students tomorrow.
