Despite the ruling by Justice Abang of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court that issued an order of interlocutory injunction barring the People’s Democratic party, PDP, from conducting its National Convention until September 7,  the party, Wednesday, defied the Abuja order but adopted that of Port Harcourt ruling that permitted it to go ahead with the convention.
