Enugu Govt approves N1.5b loan to improve primary education

Determined to reposition education at the primary school level, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi at the State Executive Council’s 11th meeting, yesterday, approved the procurement of N1.5 billion loan facility for the provision of counterpart fund to enable the State Universal Basic Education Board to access the World Bank grants for the development of primary schools in the state.
