Ayade’s intervention ends judiciary staff strike in  C-River

Cross River State governor, Prof. Ben Ayade, has resolved the more than eight months strike by the Judicial Staff Union of Nigeria, JUSUN, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with the representatives of the judicial body in Calabar.

The signing of the MoU at the Executive Chambers of the Governor’s Office was performed by the Head of Service, Ekpenyong Henshaw, on behalf of the state government while the National Treasurer of JUSUN, Jimoh Alonge, who represented the National President of the union, Mustapha Adamu signed on behalf of JUSUN.

In his remarks, Governor Ayade expressed appreciation to the state chapter of JUSUN for their understanding and assured that he will keep his side of the bargain.
