ABEOKUTA—A pro-Jonathan political campaign group, Team Jonathan, Ogun State chapter has warned the All Progressives Congress, APC, to stop attacking the personality of President Goodluck Jonathan.

The group said rather than attacking the President or using provocative statements in order to destroy his achievements, the APC should come with its programmes and policies it would implement.

The Ogun State co-ordinator of the group, Isaac Oyero stated this while addressing the people of Ogun West Senatorial District at the multi-purpose hall, Ilaro in continuation of sensitisation tour to the three senatorial districts in the state.

Oyero highlighted some of the achievements of President Jonathan in four years in the areas of consistent availability of Premium Motor Spirit, in all petrol stations compared to his predecessors in office.

“Let us give President Jonathan kudos for his prompt attention to the dreaded Ebola disease, otherwise the outbreak would have claimed thousands of lives of Nigeria,”he said.
