Dolphins Football Club of Port Harcourt will take on Kano Pillars in the opening match of the Super 6 tournament at the Abuja National Stadium on Jan. 24.

Reports has it that the tournament which begins on Jan. 22 is expected to end on Feb. 4.
The tournament involves Dolphins, Kano Pillars, Warri Wolves and Enyimba, as well as the national under-23 and national under-20 sides.
Acheru, who said the fixtures were released by the League Management Company (LMC), said the club would take on Enyimba on Matchday 3.
“On Matchday 4, Dolphins will be up against the Nigerian under-20 team, before finishing their campaign at the competition against Warri Wolves on Matchday 6,’’ he said in the statement.
The Dolphins’ Media Officer said 35 players and 10 officials would be accredited for the tournament.
“The players we registered for our CAF Confederation Cup campaign are also eligible to play, while newly signed-on players, whom we have our proof of transfer certificates, will also be available,’’ he said.
