ASABA—CHAIRMAN of Delta State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB, Mr. Elijah Ologe, has restated the determination of the Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan administration to reform the primary education system in the state.

Fielding questions from newsmen shortly after his thanksgiving service at St Mathew’s Cathedral, Western Izon Diocese of the Anglican Communion, Patani, Patani Local Government Area of the state, Ologe expressed thanks to God and Governor Uduaghan for his appointment.
