KADUNA—Senator Nenadi Usman, representing Kaduna South Senatorial District, yesterday predicted a landslide victory against her opponents during the 2015 general elections in the country.

This was even as the former Kaduna State Commissioner for Finance under the late Governor Patrick Yakowa’s administration, Dr. John Ayuba claimed that he would chase Usman out of the Senate and give the zone better representation.

Addressing newsmen in Kaduna yesterday, Usman said, ‘’my victory both at the primary and general elections will be easy. It will be as easy as ABCD by the special grace of God.

“We, as a matter of policy must make up our minds that we want to live in peace with one another, because we should not rely on the military to come and force us to live in peace with one another. We should not do that irrespective of tribes and religion.

“We must make a conscious effort to live peacefully. I always tell people that I am a Christian, my husband is a Muslim. And I have remained a Christian while my husband has remained a Muslim and I know there are people who kept criticizing him saying: ‘How can you marry a wife and you have not forced her to become a Muslim? Today I am even a pastor in the Church and I think that is how we should live.”
