Gusau — Businesses may soon start booming again in Zamfara State as the state government had concluded arrangements to disburse N1 billion loan to Small and Medium Scale Industrialists, SMSI, in the state soon.

State Governor, Abdulaziz Yari, made this known in Gusau, the state capital, yesterday, while officially declaring open, the Eighth Zamfara State Domestic Trade Fair.

Yari, who was represented on the occasion by the Commissioner of Commerce, Mines and Industries, Alhaji Hassan Muhammad Zurmi, explained that the purpose of organising such trade fairs was not only to provide a forum for the conduct of  business, but also to draw the attention of investors to the enormous potentials that were available in various parts of the state.
