The Chairman, Police Service Commission and former Inspector-General of Police, Sir, Mike Mbama Okiro, will o Saturday, in Enugu, launch two books on crime.

The books: “Crime is Normal and Understanding Crime, Analysis for Intelligence, Investigation and Security” were written by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mathias Ezema attached to the Nigeria Railway in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.  The event will take place at Bridge Waters Suites, GRA Avenue, Enugu.
