INTER-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) yesterday threatened the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, giving it an ultimatum of some days to de- register the opposition, All Progressives Congress, APC for what it termed over heating the polity and constant attack on President Goodluck Jonathan.
