LAGOS— An Arabic teacher, Abdulfatai Oshun, was arraigned for the alleged murder of his 26-year-old half brother, Yusuf Oshun, at Kano Street, Mobil Satellite town on February 27.

According to report, the accused had a fight with his brother and in the process held his private part and used his t-shirt to strangulate him to death.
The prosecutor, Inspector Frank Inah, requested that the defendant be remanded in prison custody pending the director of public prosecu-tion’s advice. The magistrate, Mr. E. Ogunkanmi, fixed May 7 for further hearing.
