AHEAD of the local government by- election in Esan North-East Local Government Area and eight other wards in the state, scheduled for October 22, 2013, the Edo State Police Command and the state Independent Electoral Commission, EDSIEC, have warned members of the public, political parties and other stake holders involved in the election to avoid any act capable of disruption the election.
