Victor Moses

After scoring a goal for the Super Eagles in the 2-0 defeat of the Flames of Malawi at the U.J Esuene stadium in Calabar, Victor Moses will be hoping to earn his first Liverpool shirt when they visit Swansea City in a Premier League day four fixture on Monday.
With leading scorer Daniel Sturridge doubtful for the trip to Wales, Moses will fancy his chances of playing and hopes that he can open his account with a goal to keep the Reds atop the Premier League table.
Liverpool lead the pack with nine points from three matches
And after defeating champions Manchester United 1-0 in their last fixture before the international break, they are on a hot streak and fancy their chances of picking all three points from their trip to the Swansea City.
He will spend the remainder of the 2013-14 campaign on Merseyside and hopes he will be given the regular opportunities he craves by Coach Brendan Rodgers.
Moses was restricted to just 12 Premier League starts after signing for Chelsea last summer and admits his game would have suffered had he remained on the fringes of the fold at Stamford Bridge.
The 22-year-old winger told the Reds’ official website: “As a young footballer coming up, I just want to play games. Not playing can really damage your career. Liverpool is a massive club and I just want to enjoy my football and try to help my team-mates”.
And the first of many opportunities for the Nigerian comes this Monday when Liverpool battle Swansea.
“I am here to help the team win games and hope to get a chance to contribute my bit to the club’s Premier League ambitions”, Moses told the Liverpool Echo.
