A Lagos-based property development firm, Messrs Omais Investment Nigeria limited, last week turned the sod to flag off the construction of a three-storey state-of-the art shopping complex in ikeja, the Lagos State capital.
Named Trinity Mall, the complex which is located along the ever busy Obafemi Awokowo Way, Ikeja is expected to provide shoppers and shop owners with a fresh and novel experience in shopping.
Managing Director of the company, Mr. Omo Aisagbonhi said they embarked upon the multi-million naira project in Ikeja to ensure that shopping does not become stressful but should be pleasurable to the person spending the money and satisfactory to the one providing the service.

According to the Omais Investment boss, the major attraction for Lagos residents is that they have the opportunity to own a part of the shopping mall under very flexible payment plans spread over a comfortable period. He stated that unlike other malls or market arrangements, Trinity Mall is not for lease but built to be owned by those interested in being part of a new experience.
Three shop types – lock up shops, open plan shops and glass see through shops are up for grabs and those interested would put down 20 per cent of the cost and spread the balance over a period of six months and one year,. the lease agreement of 50 years could also be extended beyond 50 years.
“The mall boasts of several world class facilities that make for breathtaking ambience while care has been taken to ensure that the business arena is comparable to any one of its kind worldwide. The design is a mix of rugged Nigerian and fine-honed international structural details.
“The shop types have various shapes and sizes with provisions for lock up, open plan and see through glass categories. There is ample parking space, 24-hour-power and water supply, security coverage including CCTV surveillance round the clock to ensure peace of mind for shoppers and shop owners,” the developers said.
Aisagbonhi who noted that Omais Homes, a subsidiary of Omais Investment, is positioned to develop and build exquisite homes at affordable prices for young chief executives of companies without jeopardising their desire to live in central cities like Lagos.
‘’With this in mind, we are poised to carve a niche for ourselves by helping to solve the property acquisition problems of the middle and upper classes in order to make their dream of owning delightful homes a reality,” he said..
‘’Trinity Mall is the flagship of our property projects that extends our Trinity range which includes several residential property in Ikeja and environs, and these comprise Trinity Court 1 in Idi-Iroko, Trinity Court 2 at Mende, Maryland, Trinity Place at Opebi and several other specially designed living developments’’, he stated.
