THE Police have arrested and arraigned before an Abakaliki Magistrate Court the prime suspect, Mrs. Ijeoma Ogbonna, allegedly behind the gruesome murder of her pregnant mate, Mrs Chinyere Ogbonna, and her three children on June 12.
