Garden decoration is a demonstration of little changes that can make a lot of difference in the garden. Beautification involves the use materials like paint, fabric and other accessories. These decorative materials are used to make enhancements in homes. Some home owners think they require special skill or talents to undertake the decoration of their back yard garden. But Arc. (Mrs.) Debola Majeckodunmi, chief executive officer, Flair Finishes, organizers of Unique Interior Exhibition does not share this view. She says simple knowledge about placing decorative items at the right place is what is required to transform homes or gardens.

According to her, many home owners embark on garden decorations so that the home and garden can compliment each other. She pointed out that when people have beautiful gardens, they frequently like to have that beauty brought into their living room. Mrs. Majekodunmi said one way to do this is by displaying fresh-cut flowers from the garden in the living room. She noted that flowers supply a wonderful fresh smell and add colour to any living space.

The Flair Finishes boss stated that there are a few home and garden decorations ideas that people can apply in home and garden decorations. She therefore advised people to drive round other homes and find out what is new about garden decorations that can be of interest to them.
