Bin Laden ‘planned new US attack on 9/11’

US officials after examining computers, DVDs, hard-drives and documents seized from the Abbottabad home where Osama Bin Laden was killed have said documents found in bin Laden’s  home suggest he was planning attacks on the US, including on the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

One plan was to target a US rail route, officials  revealed and that it had been planning an attack on the U.S. rail network to mark the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

The plot was apparently uncovered as US agencies went through information seized from bin Laden’s compound during the raid by US Navy Seals.
