Task Force rescues kidnap victim, arrests 2 suspects
THE Anti-Kidnapping Task Force of the Delta Waterways Security Committee, DWSC, in Warri, Delta State, has rescued one Mr. Adoghe, who was kidnapped from his Effurun residence by gunmen. The committee also arrested two of the suspected kidnappers.
