THERE was uneasy calm in Warri and environ, Thursday after the Returning Officer Professor Richard Abhulimen Anao, announced the results of the Gubernatorial/State Assembly election which was won by the incumbent Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
