Police arrest Anambra Assembly candidate, 3 others over alleged assassination attempt

Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, candidate for Awka 1 constituency for the state House of Assembly election, Mr. Kenechukwu Chukwuemeka, and three others, have been arrested in Awka for allegedly plotting to assassinate the member representing Anaocha, Njikoka and Dunukofia Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Mrs. Uche Ekwunife.
