FQ Pharma promotes Flabora Forte

FQ Pharmaceuticals Limited, an indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Nigeria is introducing Flabora forte anti-malaria drug into the Nigerian market.

Endorsed by NAFDAC, the new drug is available in paediatric oral suspension for children, anti-malaria tablets and anti- alaria forte for adults.

The launch, according to the GM, Operations, Pharm. Najeem Onashokun, is in response to consumer demand based on authenticated efficacy of the Flabora anti-malarial launched in 2010. He said the new Flabora forte comes in a specially-crafted pack protected with a hologram seal of the company.

“We stay in touch with our consumers through our field marketing team as well as research and development efforts which are aimed at tracking the trends in determining the dimensions responsible for customer satisfaction and creating new products that will ensure our consumers are truly satisfied, hence we are able to identify the need for the Flabora Forte”

He said in a statement. The packs contain the same fixed dose combination of artemether and lumefantrin, offering health care providers a fresh perspective in the treatment of multi-drug resistant malaria caused by plasmodium falciparum.
