The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria may now officially be said to be under hostage to a foreign power – namely Saudi Arabia- and her local collaborators – namely, those within the Nigerian presidency who have conspired to hide the person of the president, Umaru Yar Adua, to prevent a full accounting to the government and people of Nigeria.

We have written many times on the state of health of President Umaru Yar’Adua and we have also written many times over on the intrigues going on in government. It was meant to be just an argument and it degenerated “Why are Nigerians always like this and the problem is that some people just look at a situation and look for the best way to key into it and once they do, they find people to join and they sell to unsuspecting members of the public”, he told Sunday Vanguard during what turned out to be the pre-interview discussions.
