Rising tennis star, Samuel Omoile yesterday beat Umaru Balami to emerge the champion of the 2010 NNPC/Chevron Junior Tennis Masters.
In the final played on the Lord Rumens Centre Court at the Lagos Lawn tennis Club, Omoile, a product of the Chevron Tennis Academy being run by Chris Enahoro, defeated his hard-fighting opponent in straight sets score of 6-3, 6-1.

Watched by a sizable crowd that defied the rains to watch the finale, Omoile played some good tennis that got the fans jumping for joy and thus become the next big thing in the junior game.
