NCC issues 2.3GHZ spectrum license to Mibitel
The telecom regulatory authority, the Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, yesterday said that it has issued license to Messrs Mobitel Ltd, for the utilization of frequencies in the 2.3 GHz Spectrum Band, having emerged successful at the licensing bid concluded by the Commission on May 8, 2009 by paying the specified fees of N1.368 Billion Naira.
