AHEAD of 2011 elections, Abia State chapter of the Progressive Peoples Alliance, PPA, has said it would set up what it referred to as Committee of Eminent Personalities, CEP, to screen aspirants for the various elective positions, with a view to presenting the party’s best candidates.
