Former Nigeria Football Federation vice president, Amanze Uchegbulam has been appointed by the Confederation of Africa Football to head the board of Appeal for the African Under-17 Championship billed for Kigali, Rwanda January 8-23.
Amanze who is the vice president of CAF board of appeal, will join other officials in Rwanda for the tournament, which Nigeria will not be participating having failed to qualify earlier in the year.
The Imo Football Association chairman disclosed that he was humbled by the appointment by CAF to serve on the continent.
