WIRELESS backhaul Providers, VDT Communications Limited pennultimate week, declared that it was going to channel its corporate competence to achieving Zero down time in Internet Protocol IP, Communication in corporate organisations.
The company said the desire would be achieved through improved service, which is hinged on the development of the integration of robust technology, redundant paths in Fibre Optic carrier service and excellent service management.
Managing Director of the company Mr. Biodun Omoniyi at a Customer Forum event organized by the company to dialogue with its customers in Lagos, recently, promised that with a robust MPLS routing platform, reliable wireless access and proactive customer service in the year 2010 and beyond, achieving a zero down time was already in their kitty.
The company prides itself as the pioneer terrestrial trunk service provider in Nigeria, utilizing multiple carriers’ network to provide and improve its service, even as Omoniyi noted hat the company has not rested on its oars, as it continues to seek ways of improving on its service delivery, customizing same to the customers’ size and need.
The new objective of the company is championing the RP _ Redundant Paths infrastructure. This is aimed at ensuring uninterrupted service uptime for its customers, nationwide, on a 24 hours seven days a week basis.
With the increasing demand for Zero downtime in mind, Omoniyi said VDT, has repositioned itself to be able to provide communication service as required by its customers, on a robust MPLS technology platform and pocket friendly cost to the customers.The company also used the opportunity to officially announce its first_tier partnership with MainOne Cable Company.
