THERE is fresh tension in Gbaramatu Kingdom of Delta state, as the paramount ruler of the Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Pere Godwin Bebenimibo and the chairman of the sub-committee on security, in the Delta Water Ways committee, High Chief Denis Otuaro, raised an alarm over threat to their lives and alleged plans to disrupt the prevailing peace in the Kingdom by some militants who refused to accept the amnesty programme of the Federal Government in the community
