ACTING President Goodluck Jonathan, yesterday, rose to the challenges ahead of him when he approved the constitutions of a 26-man Presidential Advisory Council on critical areas of development, which is headed by former Minister of Defence, Lt Gen. Theophilus Danjuma and another one on Project Assessment Committee. Not only that, Jonathan also reconstituted the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC monitoring team.
