THE Presbyterian Church of Nigeria (PCN) is to hold a convention aimed at redressing the decline of religious, moral and national values. The three-day convention, tagged, “the second National All-Presbyterian Conference,” is scheduled for Hope Waddell Training Institution, Calabar, Cross River State, from November 26 to 29. “It will be based on the church’s theme for 2009: People Of The Covenant (Gen. 17: 7).
