Petroleum University Effurun remains – Presidency
THE Presidency today broke its silence over the lingering controversy on the status of the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, Delta State, which was upgraded to a degree-awarding institute, by the former President Olusegun Obansanjo’s government; declaring that the Petroleum University remains in Effurun, as “there has been no reversal of any of these programmes by President Yar’Aduaâ€.
