EVIDENTLY, not many Deltans understood the unusual energy their governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan has been exerting lately on any matter that had to do with gas exploration in the country until the Monday, July 20 stakeholders’ meeting that was held at Asaba, the state capital, by the state government to sensitize the people on the National Gas Master Plan and the expected benefits to both the government and people of the state.
